Most facilities have existing in-ground lift stations or above ground tanks. These are easily converted into pH balancing systems with the ClearBlu pre-programmed pH balancer. The system comes with a controller, pH probe, tank mixer/eductor, and chemical pump. The system utilizes Hach controls and are extremely easy to program. The system is either single or two stage. It can be ordered single stage and the second stage can be added at a later date with the same control unit. Single stage works for smaller flows, two stage is best for larger flows where there is a substantial amount of solids in the wastewater. The entire system comes in a NEMA 4 weather tight enclosure.

Metering pump and mixer only operate when the controller detects low pH saving energy.

Small In-line pH Balancing System

This is a simple pH balancing unit for smaller treatment systems. It comes with all of the parts shown and includes a pre-treatment probe, a chemical injector, a flow meter, a mixing tube, pressure gauge, final meter, gate valve controls and a peristaltic pump. The unit will only balance in one direction. Piping is 2". The unit will inject chemical at up to 3/4 of a gallon per hour. Perfect for recirculating from treatment tanks, or inline from a sump.
